The academy's activity is part of a path already started some time ago by the PMP group, engaged in collaboration and training experiences with schools and universities in the FVG region. The course well represents PMP's involvement in sharing training experiences that raise the parameters of the professional profiles present in the area, strengthening skills and adapting them to the requests and needs of a local, national and international working context which is constantly changing and with increasingly complex needs. PMP believes in training and the ability to get involved to experiment with new skills.
For this reason, from 1 February 2024 PMP will launch the "production technician" course lasting 80 hours and completely free. This course aims to train new professional figures to be included within its staff as a company is constantly growing. The training is aimed both at those who already come from an educational/training course in the sector but also at those who would like to enter to acquire new technical skills coming from a different sector with the possibility of having a great opportunity.
During the course both practice and theory will take place, which includes various topics including technical drawing, tolerances, measuring instruments, main processes, quality and safety. During the entire course, participants will be able to use the company canteen.
We are looking for candidates with a passion for mechanics, who are motivated and willing to learn new skills to build a substantial personal background.
